Scentsy World Tour 2025

Every year, Scentsy hosts two major conferences: World Tour and Scentsy Family Reunion, the latter taking place in the summer.

At the start of the year, typically around January or February, we kick things off with World Tour. This is a half-day event where Scentsy visits various locations across the countries it operates in, bringing the experience directly to consultants. It’s an incredible opportunity to meet members of Scentsy’s Home Office team from Boise, Idaho, receive valuable training from both Scentsy leaders and top consultants, connect with our teams in person, and—one of the most exciting parts—get an exclusive first look at the new catalogue and products. Plus, there are always product giveaways, which is an added bonus!

One of the benefits of promoting to Scentsy SuperStar Director is that once you pay to attend one World Tour event, you can attend others for free. This is something I truly appreciate, as it allows me to visit multiple locations and spend time with as many team members as possible.

This year, I attended Edinburgh and Manchester.

Edinburgh is a city I visit fairly often, and I feel incredibly lucky that my business gives me the chance to experience it even more. In the early hours of a Saturday morning in February, I flew into Edinburgh and was greeted by a team member. We started the day catching up over coffee before meeting up with more of our team for a fantastic meal at Mowgli Indian Street Food—if you haven’t been, you’re missing out! Afterward, we stopped for a quick cocktail before heading to the venue for Scentsy World Tour.

Scentsy conferences are unlike traditional business events. They’re high-energy, full of laughter, and packed with invaluable training that provides practical ideas to grow your business. You always leave feeling inspired and ready to take action.

My next stop was Manchester. I took a beautiful train journey through the Lake District before arriving and meeting up with three of our team members. We spent the evening enjoying a delicious Sunday roast in the city. The following day, it was time for Manchester World Tour, which was once again filled with enthusiasm, learning, and lots of fun.

One thing that always stands out at Scentsy conferences is the diversity of consultants. We all come from different backgrounds, have different reasons for joining, and set different goals for our businesses. But what unites us is our shared passion for Scentsy and what we do.

The only thing you truly need to be successful is the drive to grow your business. There’s no rivalry between consultants—some of my closest lifelong friends are fellow Scentsy consultants who aren’t even in my team. We all support each other, and for that, I’m grateful every single day.
