Overall:

How does the 20-year incentive work?

You must complete the monthly task for at least 9 out of 12 months to earn a prize. Each task must be completed within its assigned month. Achieve all 12 monthly tasks to earn an additional prize.

Can a new Consultant earn the incentive?

Yes, as long as the Consultant joins before the end of April and completes at least 9 out of 12 monthly tasks. Consultants who join from May to December 2024 will not be eligible.

Do I get an extra prize for completing all 12 monthly tasks?

Yes! If you achieve all 12 monthly tasks, you will earn an additional prize.

If I miss a month, am I disqualified from earning a prize?

No. You must complete the monthly task for at least 9 out of 12 months to earn a prize. Each task must be completed within its assigned month, but they do not have to be consecutive. However, to earn the extra prize you must complete all 12 monthly tasks.

When will I receive my prize?

Once earned, you will receive an email to select your sweatshirt size. Your prizes will be shipped after you achieve all 9 monthly tasks, unless you’re still in the running to earn all 12. For those who achieve all 12 monthly tasks, 9-month and 12-month prizes will be shipped together in January 2025.

Will there be a tracker on the Workstation for me to check my progress?

No. Due to the monthly pace and because we’ll have other incentives throughout the year, there will not be an automatic tracker. However, there will be a printable tracker you can download and use to stay on course. We will also run reports throughout the year and send on-track emails to keep you updated.

January: Sell 20 Bring Back My Bars

Do the 20 bars have to be different fragrances?

No. The 20 bars can be the same or different fragrances, but they must all be offered as part of the Bring Back My Bar promotion.

Do they have to be sold in the month of January to count?

Yes. For the purpose of the incentive, all 20 bars must be ordered in the month of January.

If the bars are included in a bundle and save offer, do they still count?

Yes. Any Bring Back My Bar ordered in the month of January will count toward the incentive.

Do all 20 bars have to be in the same order?

No. As long as all 20 bars are ordered by 6:59 a.m. GMT 1 February, they will count toward the incentive.

February: Register for Scentsy Family Reunion 2024

Do I have to register in the month of February for this to count?

Yes. You must complete your registration by 6:59 a.m. GMT 1 March for it to count toward the incentive.

Does virtual SFR registration count (if applicable)?

No, it must be a registration for the in-person Scentsy Family Reunion event in Orlando to count toward the incentive.

If I earn the 2024 Incentive Trip and choose SFR in Orlando, does it count toward the 20-year incentive?

Yes! Just be sure to complete your free SFR registration by 6:59 a.m. GMT 1 March and it will count toward the 20-year incentive.

If I need to cancel my SFR registration for any reason at a future date, will February still count as one of my months?

No. You must remain registered for SFR for this task to count toward the incentive.

March: Sell 20 new (not returning) Spring/Summer 2024 Catalogue products

Can I sell any 20 products from the new catalogue?

No. They must be new to the Spring/Summer 2024 Catalogue. Returning products will not count toward the incentive.

Do they all have to be different products to count?

No. As long as all 20 products are new to the Spring/Summer 2024 Catalogue, they can be the same or a mix of different products.

If the new products are put in a bundle and save offer, do they still count?

Yes. Any new catalogue products for Spring/Summer 2024 ordered in the month of March will count toward the incentive.

Do all 20 products have to be included in the same order?

No. As long as all 20 new products are ordered by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 April, they will count toward the incentive.

April: Sign up and receive Scent of the Month or Warmer of the Quarter

If I am already signed up to receive Scent of the Month or Warmer of the Quarter, will it count toward the incentive?

Yes, as long as you order the Scent or Warmer of the Quarter subscription for the month of April (new or continuing), it will count toward the incentive.

What is the deadline to sign up for Scent of the Month or Warmer of the Quarter in April?

To meet the deadline for April, you must subscribe by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 May.

May: Be Active in May

What does it mean to be considered active in May?

To be considered active, you must sell at least 200 points in Personal Retail Volume (PRV) in a month. For the incentive, order(s) must be placed between 8:01 a.m. BST 1 May and 7:59 a.m. BST 1 June to count toward your 200 PRV.

Do all product sales count toward my PRV for the incentive?

Yes, all PRV products count, including discounted products, limited-time offers, Whiff Box, etc. The only requirement is that you earn 200 PRV in the month of May.

Does my 200 PRV have to be on the same order?

No. As long as order(s) are placed between 8:01 a.m. BST 1 May and 7:59 a.m. BST 1 June, they will count toward your 200 PRV.

June: Sell 20 products from the Summer Collection

Do they all have to be different products to count?

No. As long as all 20 products are in the Summer Collection, they can be the same or a mix of different products.

If the products are included in a bundle and save offer, do they still count?

Yes. Any Summer Collection products ordered in the month of June will count toward the incentive.

Do all 20 products have to be in the same order?

No. As long as all 20 products are ordered by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 July, they will count toward the incentive.

What is the super-secret limited-time offer (LTO)?

Do they have to be sold in the month of July to count?

Yes, for the purpose of this incentive, all 3 products must be ordered in the month of July.

If the products are included in a promotional bundle or bundle and save offer, do they still count?

Yes. Any super-secret LTO products ordered in the month of July will count toward the incentive.

Do all 3 products have to be in the same order?

No. As long as all 3 products are ordered by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 August, they will count toward the incentive.

August: Buy a New Season Sales Kit

Do all New Season Sales Kit categories count?

Yes. You can purchase any New Season Sales Kit to count toward the incentive. Just be sure to place your order by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 September.

September: Sell 20 Autumn Products

Do they all have to be different products to count?

No. As long as all 20 products are in the Autumn Collection, they can be the same or a mix of different products.

If the products are included in a bundle and save offer, do they still count?

Yes. Any Autumn Collection products ordered in the month of September will count toward the incentive.

Do all 20 products have to be in the same order?

No. As long as all 20 Autumn Collection products are ordered by 7:59 a.m. BST 1 October, they will count toward the incentive.

October: Register for World Tour 2025

Do I have to register in the month of October for this to count toward the incentive?

Yes. You must register by 6:59 a.m. GMT 1 November for it to count.

If I need to cancel my World Tour registration for any reason at a future date, will October still count as one of my months?

No. You must remain registered for World Tour for this task to count toward the incentive.

November: Sell 20 Scents of the Season bars

Do the 20 bars have to be different fragrances?

No. The 20 bars can be the same or different fragrances, but they must all be offered as part of the Scents of the Season promotion.

Do they have to be sold in the month of November to count?

Yes. For the purpose of the incentive, all 20 bars must be ordered in the month of November.

If the bars are included in a bundle and save offer, do they still count?

Yes. Any Scents of the Season bar ordered in the month of November will count toward the incentive.

If I order the Scents of the Season kit, does that count?

Yes. The Scents of the Season kits will count toward your total for the incentive. For example, if the kit contains five bars, they will count as part of the 20 you need.

Do all 20 bars have to be in the same order?

No. As long as all 20 bars are ordered by 7:59 a.m. GMT 1 December, they will count toward the incentive.

December: Sell 2 Whiff Boxes

Do Scentsy Club orders with a Whiff Box processing in December count?

Yes. Scentsy Club subscriptions that include a Whiff Box that process between 8:01 a.m. GMT 1 December 2024 and 7:59 a.m. GMT 1 January 2025 will count toward the incentive.
